Lunch Lectures:  Interactive and informal, these insightful presentations cover relevant topics pertinent to the health and wellness of today's professional.  A whole foods lunch demonstrating that nutritious food can be simple and delicious can also be provided.  60 minutes. 

30 & 60 Day Wellness Challenges:  Build camaraderie and improve team work while reaping the benefits of a healthier more energized workforce!  The 30 or 60 day Wellness Challenges are designed to create sustainable health habits, demonstrate the value and importance of a whole foods diet, daily movement, and proper rest while teaching mind-body connection and achieving work/life balance.  Typical Wellness Challenges include a mix of lunch lectures, group exercise, and daily exchanges with the health coach via email for each employee.  We recommend an incentive based reward model to ensure a high level of engagement among the team. 

On-Site One-on-One Coaching:  Provide your employees with the option for one-on-one health coaching right in the office. Affording them this benefit will maximize their health and their time – adding to increased productivity and a better bottom line for the company.

Virtual Wellness:  Web based presentations covering relevant topics pertinent to the health and wellness of today's professional.  Virtual Wellness programs can be coupled with on-on-one coaching sessions by phone to maximize results.
