Super Charged Meal

This high fat, high protein dish is the perfect way to start your morning, or give you a super charged boost in the afternoon.  Be sure to purchase the highest quality, organic ingredients you can find.

  • 1 Avocado – cut into cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • Sea Salt/Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix and enjoy!
