HARLEM COOKERY’s FAMOUS PEA DIP
It’s a meal, it’s a snack, it’s a crowd pleaser and IT’S EASY!
- 1 bag frozen organic peas
- 1/2 bag frozen organic corn
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- A couple pinches of "Good" salt
Sauté garlic in oil 1-2 minutes. Add frozen peas and continue to sauté on medium heat until almost bright green. Add corn and warm through. Remove all ingredients from pan and place into a food processor. Blend until the consistency of slightly lumpy dip. Serve with sliced peppers, celery, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and gluten free rice chips...anything you can DIP!
