Every Morning Tea

 

Here is a drink you can make each morning as part of your New Year’s Resolutions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of hot water
  • 2 Tsp. of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp. of organic cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. of organic (local whenever possible) honey

Instructions:

Drink every morning on an empty stomach.
