Recipe for a Great Night's Sleep


  • 1 C Baking Soda
  • 1 C Epsom Salts
  • 10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 1 Bathtub
  • 1 C fresh brewed chamomile tea (or other herbal of your choice)
  • Coconut Oil
  • Favorite Pajamas
  • Darkened Room
  • Clean comfy bed

  • Fill bathtub with water as hot as you can stand
  • Add in baking soda, epsom salts and essential oil
  • While bath is running prepare herbal tea
  • Sit and soak for up to 20 minutes in the bath while sipping your tea
  • Exit bath, moisturize entire body with coconut oil
  • Don favorite pajamas
  • Follow Yoga Nidra Meditation For Sleep
  • Climb into clean comfy bed located in darkened room
