DoH Gluten Free Pizza Recipe

1 1/2 C Almond Flour (sifted)
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Grapeseed or Olive Oil
1 Farm Fresh Egg
Fresh or dried herbs to taste (Rosemary, basil etc…)
Mix ingredients into a dough ball
Roll out between two piece of parchment paper
Move dough and bottom half of parchment to cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
Add toppings (i.e. walnut esto, fresh roasted garlic, sauteed spinach and sauteed mushrooms OR for classic pizza your favorite gluten free tomato sauce and shredded mozarella)
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes so all toppings are piping hot and blended
